Dofollow links are of high importance than nofollow links in the eyes of search engines. You can make your blogspot blogger dofollow by simple removing nofollow tag at your comments sections. Here how to do this

Go to your blogger dashboard >Design>EDIT HTML

Now hit CTRL + F on your keyboard and type data:comment.authorurl 

and your browser will take you directly to that code. Simple remove rel=’nofollow’ tag and your’ done

Finally hit SAVE TEMPLATE
