How to check a link whether it is dofollow or nofollow


Dofollow links are the major factors you should consider if you want to rank higher in search engines, especially in Google. So how we get to know whether the link is a dofollow link or no follow link? Let’s see

Now to check if the link is dofollow or nofollow, open your chrome browser and point your cursor to the link you want to check. Right click on that link and a drop down list will appear. Click Inspect element
a separate small window will appear on the bottom of the page. Just look at link. If it contains rel=”nofollow” then it is a nofollow link. See the image below

You must be wondering what tells you that a link is dofollow? Well, if there is no rel=nofollow tag you see, it just means the link is a dofollow link. See the image below
