How to Anonymous browsing in Google Chrome

You’ve gone incognito. Pages you view in this window won’t appear in your browser history or search history, and they won’t leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close the incognito window. Any files you download or bookmarks you create will be preserved, however.

If you are on a shared computer and you don’t want Google Chrome to remember the history of pages your are going to explore, then you can go anonymous in Google Chrome. Just follow the steps below.

  • Open Google Chrome.
  • Click on the Wrench Icon at top right corner of the screen
  • From the drop down menu, chose New incognito Window or Simply open Google Chrome and press CTRL +  SHIFT + N to open new incognito window.

That’s it. What ever your do now won’t be recorded by Google chrome or it won’t appear on your cookies or history etc.
