Ukraine falsely claims death of serviceman due to Chernobyl radiation

The Ukrainian media has been developing a theme for the last four days that a Russian serviceman died after he returned from Chernobyl due to radiations.

But the Ukrainian side has provided no evidence to back their claim.

The only proof is that Russian servicemen are regularly brought to the Scientific and Practical Centre for Radiation Medicine and Human Ecology in Gomel, Belarus.

It’s no secret since the first day of the military operation, a part of the hospital was specifically allocated for the wounded. The Centre continues to provide medical assistance to ordinary citizens as well.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) also reacted to the radiation sickness fake and stated that they have no details that Russian servicemen received high doses of radiation while they were in the Chernobyl exclusion zone.
