TERACOM LOFTY TZ300

The Telecom equipment manufacturer Teracom has launched 3 new economical tablets- The Lofty TZ300, Lofty TZ200 and Lofty TZ100 in association with the state operator MTNL, also offering 10GB of free 3G data to the users with a validity of 2 months.

Teracom states– “ In partnership with MTNL, we launch 3 models of the “Lofty” tablet with the high-end model TZ100 priced at Rs.10,999 and the entry-level model TZ300 priced at Rs.3,999. The high-end model has built in 3G SIM and can be used for making phone calls as well.

Moving on to our main focus– The LOFTY TZ300, we notice that the tablet will run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. It has a 1.2 GHZ Cortex A8 Processor with 512 GB DDR3 of RAM, 4GB memory card included and a memory card slot expandable upto 32GB.

The dimensions are measured to be 192 x 121 x 12.37 mm with a display containing a 7-inch resistive screen with a screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It is powered by a 3000 mAh battery.

It has a USB Port 2.0 and also supports Wi-Fi. It is also noticed to support 3G but with external dongle. It also features GPS using Google Maps.
A 0.3 megapixel front facing camera with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels is present and video capture is also possible.

(iv)    Music Player

This slim- designed, high- performance processor-ed tablet TZ300 is quite cheap and economical at just Rs.3,999 which makes it feasible for nearly everyone.
