Toy makers have turned Apple’s iPads and iPhones into toy playthings for children this holiday season.With Apps like ColorStudio HD plus the iMarker you can calm down your toddlers screaming in a restaurant or a doctor’s clinic easily.

The iMarker which is available in the market for $29.99 uses the Crayola’s free ColorStudio HD Application to turn your iPad into a digital coloring book for your children. The iMarker has a very soft and smooth tip which is used to draw and color on the iPad and it doesn’t scratch the Screen. ColorStudio HD’s Try Me lets you color animated pages with your finger.

The App offers other features like

Apple has succeeded in infiltrating the 22 billion dollar toy market this holiday season. This is not surprise as smartphones and tablets especially from Apple are very popular with people of all ages including kids.

According to a survey done by the research firm Nielsen about 44 percent of 6-12 year olds want the iPad this year. It is expected that Apple will double its iPhones Sales this year while the number of iPads sold by the company is expected to triple.
