HTC Launches its First Dual SIM Smartphone in India

HTC, on 2nd of this month, unveiled its first dual-SIM Smartphone, HTC DESIRE SV in India for Rs. 22,590. It got announced at a special event held in Singapore.

The Desire SV sports a 4.3-inch Super LCD2 Screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset, featuring a dual-core 1GHz Krait processor and 768MB RAM. It also includes 4GB internal storage and 8-megapixel rear camera. The smartphone will ship with Android Ice Cream Sandwich on board alongside HTC Sense 4.1 UI. As per HTC, the phone will get a Jelly Bean update soon.

The device comes with Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi, Beats Audio and a 1,620mAh battery to keep it running throughout the day. There is no front facing camera.

The Desire SV weighs in at 131 grams, and is 10.7mm thick.

The HTC Desire SV is a GSM+GSM dual-SIM smartphone and just like the other HTC devices it packs in 25 GB of free cloud space from Dropbox. It will be available in two colour options – Radical Yellow and Stealth Black and will be available at a Best Buy price of Rs. 22,590.
