Do you like to play with Gimp or Photoshop? Better yet, do you like to make your own GIF images? You see these are all around the Internet. Now if you are new to either of these software programs, you know that there is a learning curve involved with each program. If you are an Android user, you are in luck. There is an app that is out there for those of you who want to create your own GIF.
This application allows you to build your own GIF. You can make these using the pictures that you have stored on the Android device or you can actually take them with your Android device and then use them to make your GIFs. What is really neat is that you can add pictures by tapping the screen, add various color effects and it is lot of fun to work with. The application has been tested on the Samsung Galaxy S II on Android 2.3.3.
When you first start the application, you will be told that you can just tap the screen to take a picture. Once you have taken the picture, you can view a ghost image over the viewer in the camera. This lets you take seamless images that you can then put together to create smooth animated GIFs. You can add pictures that you have already taken by touching the +button and then add one image at a time. After you have finished your GIF, it can be uploaded to gifstitch.com. You can share the link with your friends and family or you can upload the GIF to other services such as Facebook and Twitter through their applications that sit on your Android device. This is a free application and it sounds like it would be a lot of fun to work with.
