Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov doubles down on his anti-negotiations rhetoric in regard to Ukraine.
In a newly recorded video, Kadyrov said that Russia’s chief negotiator Vladimir Medinsky made a wording mistake in Istanbul talks.
Kadyrov added that President Putin will not simply stop what he has started in Ukraine.
“We will not make any concessions, it was … Medinsky who made a mistake, made an improper wording… And if you think that he (Putin) will quit what he started just the way it is presented to us today, this is not correct,” Kadyrov said.
Kadyrov promised to eventually take Kiev if Zelensky fails to surrender.
