The new smartphone named the LG Optimus G is expected to hit the market with a 13 MP camera on the back. LG claims that their smartphone will feature the best camera module to date so everyone might wonder what makes it so special.
Evidently they’re not focusing only on the amount of megapixels they’ve managed to cram in a small sensor, so the image quality should be up to par as well, at least according to their sayings.
During the promotional video, features such as smart shutter, voice activated shooting and time machine camera have also been mentioned but one thing that struck me is that LG claims a 13 MP camera to be the highest-pixel camera module to ever be fitted on a smartphone.
The LG Optimus G is will be LG’s first LTE smartphone that will have a quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor.
It is also expected to have a 4.7-inch True HD IPS+LCD display with a pixel resolution of 1280 x 768. It will also have Android Ice Cream Sandwich, NFC, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.
There is no words in regards to what price tag will this device carry.
It is noteworthy that even HTC is also holding an event on September 19, where it is expected to launch Windows Phone 8 devices.
Let us see how does it go for the LG Optimus G…….
